Respond promptly to communication to ensure effective campaign performance.
3. Payment Terms
Fees are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Payments must be made in full and on time.
Late payments may result in paused services or termination.
4. Performance Disclaimer
While we guarantee a set number of leads (20 in 14 days or we work for free until delivered), we do not guarantee revenue or business outcomes beyond that commitment.
5. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, ad copy, designs, and content created by SES Media LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential business information private and not disclose it to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
SES Media LLC is not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Third-party platform issues (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager outages).
Losses due to client’s failure to follow provided instructions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement. Certain fees may be non-refundable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, United States.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
